P & J House

The principle orientation impetus is the view which is essentially due south. This offered real challenges when considering worthwhile solar benefits. To compensate somewhat, operable high level glazing elements were designed along the full length of the north wall of the main living/dining areas. The house has been designed with a main central area incorporating the kitchen and entry, the living/dining spaces, with a connecting terrace across to the main bedroom area.
