The owner of an existing country house was left in a quandary by a draughting company after the proposed extension lodged for building consent became embroiled with unresolved issues. HSA totally redesigned the proposal to comply with requirements. The addition offers a greater sense of space and light and is a good connection from the kitchen/family room out into the adjacent rear yard.
