R & D Addition

The new owner of a large homestead in the Wainui area required an extension and reconfiguration  of existing spaces. HSA was engaged to relocate the main bedroom suite to the upper level of a new extension and create three double bedrooms below. A new living area was created in the original part of the house with an adjacent snooker room. The outside form of the building has been strengthened considerably and the main entry enhanced.
