TSA Albany

The development involved designing a community centre on a challenging 6000sq.m green site at the intersection of Apollo & Rosedale roads. In order to create a through site access and a suitable platform, a significant retaining wall was constructed along most of the southside 150m boundary. The 1350 sq.m building has been constructed using cost effective utilitarian elements including concrete floors and supporting structure, precast concrete wall units, lightweight concrete wall panels, prefinished aluminium cladding, prefinished aluminium joinery and prefinished metal roofing.
